Light duty cable swivel for use with PDP140EW "pup" handheld boring machine. Used to pull back a cable when backreaming. The cable can then be used to pull pipe or conduit into the bore hole. Can also be used to pull pipe, conduit or direct burial cable back through the hole as drill rods are being removed if backreaming is not necessary.
